The A1 form procurement service is addressed to Romanian companies that have employees working temporarily in other EU states. This certificate confirms that the employee remains insured in the Romanian social security system and does not need to pay contributions in the destination country. We handle all the formalities at CNPP to obtain the document, which is issued individually for each employee. The form is mandatory before starting work abroad to avoid double social security contributions.
